Events · Ticketing

The challenge: A school ran ticketing on email and spreadsheets, with long queues at the gate.
What we built: A white-label ticketing platform with online sales, a live QR gate scanner and a real-time dashboard.
The result: Queue-free entry at a packed event, and a product the school can re-brand and sell on.

Meeting Tools

The challenge: Boardroom minutes were slow to write and lost voices to crosstalk and language-switching.
What we built: Multi-device recording with Afrikaans and English transcription, decisions, actions and formal minutes.
The result: Minutes that used to take hours are ready soon after the meeting, and stay searchable.

SnapClass

Education

The challenge: Students who missed a lesson had no way to catch up on what was actually taught.
What we built: Tap-to-record lessons, split into chapters with summaries and lesson-based quizzes.
The result: Absent learners catch up in minutes a day, on the real lesson rather than a generic textbook.

Biscuit & Bake

Retail · Marketplace

The challenge: A baking shop made bakes first and sold second, losing money to spoilage.
What we built: WhatsApp and web ordering, a vetted baker network, and stock that reorders itself for one-tap approval.
The result: Bakes sell before they are made and stock runs itself, a model ready to franchise.

WOB

Membership · Fundraising

The challenge: An alumni club had no clear record of dues and collected fundraising by hand.
What we built: Memberships, events and donations on live payments, with a loyalty and rewards system.
The result: Renewals and donations come in automatically, turning a member list into a fundraising engine.
